The Chicago Wine Council, established years ago, is drawing on our event experience and desire to involve more people beyond wine tasting by creating the Chicago Tasting Club.
Our goal as the Chicago Tasting Club is to capture the spirit of the Midwest and of course our great city, Chicago, through sampling and tasting what the city has to offer, the Midwest and beyond.
Simply, we want to be Chicago's premier Tasting Club, offering Members an evening where they can experience unique and upscale sprits (micro beers, scotches, tequilas, vodkas and wines) in a tasting format that is informative, educational and certainly geared towards networking and socializing.
Our events offer light appetizers that will compliment the tastings being poured throughout the evening, representing the venue we are guests of and Chicago’s flavor for cuisine.
Members in attendance will roam freely throughout the selected venue, learning from experts about the characteristics and composition of the specialty alcohol they will be pouring. You are more than encouraged to ask questions and sample as often as you like!
